Sizes and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur.

Full payment is required on completion of work.

Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit.

We endeavour to complete work within the timescales agreed with our customer prior to commencement of work.
đźšš Shipping & Delivery

Commissioned work typically includes free delivery, using our van, if within reasonable distance from Bicester. If further away a charge may be payable.

Online orders - Delivery will be payable and times are estimates and may vary when using courier services.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon dispatch, in accordance with the terms & conditions of the courier.
🔄 Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days for non-custom items, provided they are unused and in original condition. All returns will be at the expense of the customer.

Custom or personalised painted furniture is non-refundable.

Refunds exclude shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Clean painted furniture with a soft, damp cloth.

Avoid harsh chemicals, direct sunlight, or excessive moisture.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
